How to create Julienne Vegetables?
Method: Vegetables should be peeled and cut into approximately 5-6cm long strips and 2-3mm thickness using either a sharp knife, or a julienne peeler.
What knife should I use for Julienne Vegetables?
To julienne vegetables, use either a chef’s knife, santoku knife or a utility knife, it’s important that which ever knife you use, it is sharp.

Courgetti Spaghetti
Courgetti can be either eaten cooked or raw and is a great, healthy, low carb alternative to pasta.
To Microwave: Add the courgetti into a microwave-safe bowl and season with plenty of salt and pepper to taste. Cover with cling film, making sure to add a few vent holes to allow the steam to escape. Microwave for 2–3 minutes.
If cooking courgetti, be gentle to prevent it being over cooked or soggy. Can be microwaved, sauteed or just stirred into a warm sauce.
